After one call we send a fixed quote, and the price changes only if the scope does. - How long does it take? A business website takes about 10 working days once we have your content. An online store takes about 3 weeks, and an app 6 to 10 weeks. - How do payments work? You pay 50% to start and 50% before handover. Larger projects are split into milestones, each paid when you approve it. - Who owns the code and the design? You do, once the project is paid in full. The domain, hosting and store accounts are in your name from day one. - What do you need from me? Your logo, text and photos, one person who makes decisions, and feedback within 3 working days when we ask for it. - What if I want changes midway? Two rounds of revisions are included. Anything bigger is priced in writing first, so there are no surprises on the invoice. - What happens after launch? You get 30 days of free fixes. After that you can take a monthly care plan or call us when you need something. - Can you take over a website or app someone else built? Yes. We review it first and tell you what is worth keeping and what is not. - Do you work with clients in other cities? Yes.
